Hechal Centre for Universal Spirituality is a non-profit organization located in Jerusalem, promoting human relations through training programs of meditation, within the Israeli and the Palestinian society. The programs use meditative techniques with a scientific-psychological approach to facilitate:

After teaching our programs of stress management and empowerment through meditation for over 10 years in the Jewish community in Jerusalem, we have extended it since 2008 also to the Palestinian community. The practice of meditation proves to be a unique contribution to the wide range of initiatives working towards creating bridges and bringing peace to our area.
The programs are offered to groups of individuals and to educational institutions.They can be tailored to specific needs and circumstances, in terms of both content and duration.
