Meditation

Meditation is many things. Finding our centre, using our thought power, consciously changing ourselves, creating a beautiful atmosphere in our home, becoming a channel for the higher energies on behalf of our surroundings and the world, and much more.

Meditation is an intensely personal and spiritual experience, an introspective and subjective approach to knowing oneself and the world, which complements the objective acquisition of concrete knowledge.

Meditation can be called the Science of Alignment – bringing the different aspects of our being into right relation.  From the work within ourselves we gradually learn to apply the fruits of meditation to our daily life – we start to relate in a more wholesome way also to the outer world in which we live, to the benefit of all.  More peaceful, respectful and responsible behavior is the natural outcome of this practice.
